Early
10 yrs of child life is very important in human
beings. Systematic grade learning not only develop the child brain but
enhance
the gesture of physical fitness in accordance with cognitive style of
learning
capabilities.
Hence
each school should follow scientific syllabus for the
betterment of pupils activity based learning. I like to implement it in
our
school environment.
EARLY GRADE READING
and NUMERACY of Class-I & II and
Class-III & IV is the very effective learning possibilities to the
early
stage pupils from my views. I have spent more time becoming DRP and
implementing as a Resource Teacher to the Circle Level training in my
life.
Getting more interest from my schooling life through the implementation
of
EGRaN in our school.
Being
a District
Resource Person (DRP),Purulia I have
performed training as a Resource Person in different circles
surrounding our

A
few significant moments of life
I,
Sk Nazrul Islam, the Head teacher of
Manbazar Urdu Primary School, is working continuously more
than 32 years in this same school from
the joining.
I
have joined service in 1988 as
assistant teacher and designated as the post of Head teacher since 2000.
Before my Head Teachership, I had completed P.T.T.I Training at Purulia V.Nagar (Bangabari) in the session 1994-1995 with 1st class credit mark.
From 2001 to 2003 for three years I was appointed as a Resource Teacher (R.T) at Manbazar-1 C.L.R.C by the District Project Office, Purulia and perform my duties in well manner.
From
1999 to 2005 I had been engaged
and worked continuously in several Orientation training programs
organized by
D.P.S.C/D.P.E.P/S.S.A Purulia as a R.P,D.R.P,K.R.P in several time in
several
manners.
Some of these activitiesa are Trainings on Mathematics, Bengali, Science, Pedagogy Module-1/Module-2/Module-3,D.P.E.P/English etc.
Till
now,if any training is arranged
for primary level teachers for orientation, I was asked and choosed as
a
R.P/D.R.P/K.R.P from Manbazar-1 Circle OR Manbazar-1 Block.
A
few of these
Trainings were S.S.U.U, Dr.Ray Mackay(From West Bengal Board of Primary
Education) presented English Training Class-1/Class-2/Class-3, New
Syllabus
training for Class-I & Class-III, Special training on RTE Act etc.
Become
a teacher I also spend times
during Literacy Programs by the response of Pradhan Manbazar-1 G.P and
B.D.O
Manbazar-1 block with good performance.
Social
activities are also significant
in my life. Becoming local resident I had been the Secretary for
Manbazar Jama
Maszid Muslim Committee since 1996 to 2006 for 10 years continuously
with good
reputation and social performance.
I like to share my knowledge with pupils getting direct experience, making and inspiring /creating Map, chart, model etc. Always wish to use audio-visual aids for teaching learning purpose.
Child
cabinet (Vidyarthi Parishad) is
being functioning in this school with our vested interest since 1996 to
till
now. Parishad’s secretaries are newly select every year and they
are called
‘Shreni Mantri’, ‘Safai Mantri’, ‘Kristi
Mantri’, ‘Sasthya Mantri’, ‘Pradhan
Mantri’. Pupils are become interested
with their own selection, designation and involvement in their self
control school
management activities.
In
all aspects
moral duties of our schooling is well known in our locality. Guardians
and pupils
both are satisfied as per their sharing of knowledge, activities,
assistance,
co-operation, communication overall all fields of our schooling
atmosphere.
We are finding ourselves as an extra-ordinary environment in our school from Purulia district eastern zone Circle Manbazar. This is for your information and Observation.
Past Days of Our School
Pupils glowrious days had passed with their remaincent childhood. Nothing was forgetable forever. Always, we wish their prosperious life among innumerable crowdy human beings.
